I'm Kushang, the developer behind Archery Legends: TrueFlight 3D.
🎯 Why I built this:
Most modern archery games today are either mobile titles flooded with ads, timers, and paywalls, or oversimplified arcade mini-games. I wanted to create a focused, pure, and satisfying 3D archery simulator for PC that genuinely respects the physics of archery—where reading the wind direction, compensating for arrow trajectory drop across 50+ meters, and timing your release feels deeply rewarding.
🏹 The Journey & Key Mechanics:
What started as an experiment with Euler ballistic calculations (modeling aerodynamic drag, gravity, and arrow weathercocking) evolved into a full 30-stage progression. Key highlights include:
- Authentic Wind & Ballistics: Every shot is calculated in real-time against crosswinds and distance.
- Cinematic Arrow Cam: Release a shot and watch dynamic chase-cams follow your arrow in slow motion right into the bullseye.
- Bow Armory: Progress through balanced recurve, tactical compound, high-velocity carbon, and mythic bows with distinct weight and draw characteristics.
-Pure PC Experience: Runs natively and offline on Windows with instantaneous load times and zero bloat.
