Hey PH!

Excited to launch AppsResolve, AI-assisted customer support that helps SaaS teams move faster without losing quality or control.

I’ve spent years working in software support, and I found that most repetitive tickets already had an answer somewhere in the documentation or a previous conversation. The difficult part was finding it quickly, adapting it to the customer, and knowing when a human needed to step in.

AppsResolve makes that workflow faster without removing the human judgment that good support still needs. Incoming emails and help widget messages become grounded AI drafts that a human can review, edit, and approve in seconds.

It is built for lean SaaS teams handling repetitive questions about logins, billing, APIs, integrations, and more.

A free pilot is available. Connect one support channel and test it safely before changing your existing workflow.

I’d love your feedback: What is the biggest bottleneck in your support workflow right now?

Comment highlights

Been using this on a few test tickets and the drafts actually sound like our team wrote them, grounded in our real docs. Clean escalation path when something needs a human, which is honestly what most AI support tools miss.

The drafts pulled the right details from our API docs on the first pass, which I honestly did not expect. Approval flow feels clean and the same answers showing up in the help widget is a nice touch.

A Slack or MS Teams integration would be huge for our team, since most escalations live there. Being able to push AI drafts straight into a channel and approve with a simple emoji reaction would save a ton of context switching.

love how the AI drafts stay grounded in your actual docs instead of hallucinating, that's the part most tools gloss over

A workflow view inside the human approval screen that shows recent escalations by category would help spot patterns, like login vs API issues trending up. That context usually lives in dashboards elsewhere today.
