I built AppPouch because I was tired of bookmarks that never get used. Browser bookmarks are messy, they live in one browser, and you can't really discover new apps through them.
AppPouch is a PWA directory that lets you discover, save, and share web apps — no installation needed. Here's what makes it different:

I spent months building this as a solo founder, iterating based on feedback from early users across China, Brazil, Russia, and Southeast Asia. The ad system is fully self-serve so indie devs can promote their apps without talking to sales.
