We help users stay organized through their job search. With options for manual and AI tracking through Gmail, users can speed up their job search routine.
Hey PH,
I am a solo developer, and I created ApplicationIQ.
Background
I have been applying to numerous jobs and always seem to forget when I applied or if a reposted job was one I applied to already. Individual sites usually have a built-in area to see applied jobs, but always require an "I applied" confirmation button after applying through an external link. On top of this, I use multiple different platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc), so I wanted one location to organize my applications. I noticed other people used spreadsheets or notes to keep track of their job applications, but this seemed like more work than necessary.
How it solves the problem
ApplicationIQ allows users to manually log a job application or use AI to do it automatically. Using AI, the app can classify an email as job-related and log the status (applied, interview, rejection, offer), company name, role, and date applied. There is also an analytics page that lets users see details of their job search.
Any feedback regarding the UI, features, or even issues with email classification is much appreciated!
If you are also searching for a job, feel free to mention other pain points that ApplicationIQ can expand into!

ApplicationIQ App was hunted by Alula Zeruesenay. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
