Aplos Document Desk
Review invoice and receipt fields before exporting CSV
Turn English invoices, receipts and credit notes into reviewed CSV rows. Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files, check each extracted field against the source, fix or exclude uncertain documents, then pay $9 to export a batch of up to 20 documents. Preview is free. No account or subscription. One document per file, up to three pages. Exports document totals, not line items or accounting entries.
Hi Product Hunt, I’m Zachariah, co-founder of Aplos AI.
We built Document Desk for the small pile of invoices and receipts that still ends up being typed into a spreadsheet. The important step is review: extraction produces a draft, and you check the fields against the document before sealing an export. You can correct fields or exclude a document that does not belong in the batch.
Preview is free. A reviewed CSV batch of up to 20 documents costs $9, with no account or subscription. It supports English PDF, JPG and PNG files, one document per file and up to three pages. It captures document totals rather than line items, and does not post entries to accounting software.
The walkthrough uses fictional documents and shows an ambiguous document being excluded.
For people doing bookkeeping or expense cleanup: which field takes the most time to verify before a spreadsheet is usable?
