Cognito es una plataforma que toma la data dura (stack técnico) y la data blanda (DISC, ZAVIC) de un candidato y usa IA para entregarte un diagnóstico unificado en segundos.
¿Cómo funciona?
✨ Cruce Automático: Une el perfil técnico con los resultados psicométricos sin que tengas que interpretar gráficos confusos.
✨ Guía de Entrevista: Genera las preguntas exactas (y sus objetivos) que debes hacerle a ese candidato en específico para mitigar riesgos.
✨ Onboarding a Medida: Te da un plan de acción estructurado para sus primeros 30 días.
El objetivo: Llevar la comunicación asíncrona al reclutamiento. Envías el reporte de Cognito al líder del área y toman una decisión objetiva sin agendar una llamada de 45 minutos extra.
