Our approach changed as we built. We started mobile-first, then a prospect told us they'd only convert with a full web version, so we shipped one. We started with ads and subscriptions, then added Shopify, Patreon, Gumroad, and WooCommerce once we heard from people earning across commerce and memberships too.
