Hi Product Hunt! I’m Kristi, an Accounts Payable Lead and the founder of AP Copilot.
I built AP Copilot after spending a lot of time training and onboarding AP employees and realizing how hard it is to find training that actually reflects what happens in a real Accounts Payable department.
A lot of AP training explains definitions, but new employees still need help understanding why something is done, what to do when an invoice doesn’t match, how POs and receiving affect AP, how credits and payment terms work, and how to handle the everyday exceptions that don’t fit neatly into a textbook.
AP Copilot was built around that gap. It includes interactive AP lessons, quizzes, certifications, practical workflow training, and an AI-assisted AP Coach that learners can use when they need help understanding a concept. There’s also a company option for training and tracking employees.
I’m still improving it based on real-world AP needs, so I’d especially love feedback from AP professionals, accounting leaders, and anyone responsible for training new AP employees.
