I'm Vladyslav V. , founder of AnySquad.
The problem: Every gamer knows this cycle, you finish a match, had a great time with a random teammate, and then... never see them again. Discord servers for finding teammates are noisy and full of dead threads, LFG posts get buried in seconds, and most "gamer social" apps end up feeling like generic chat apps with a gaming skin slapped on.
We wanted something built specifically around finding people to actually play with, not just chat with.
What we built: AnySquad matches you with teammates by game, skill level, and playstyle, lets you jump into voice instantly, and helps you build a real squad over time instead of starting from zero every session.
How it evolved: We started as a simple matchmaking queue, but early testers kept telling us the hardest part wasn't finding a teammate — it was finding people you'd actually want to keep playing with. So we shifted focus toward persistent squads and profiles that reflect how you actually play, not just a K/D ratio.
