Anruf Guru
Smart voicemail for Germany that does more than beep
Anruf Guru is a smart voicemail made for Germany. Callers leave a message as usual. Anruf Guru turns it into a short ticket, books appointments in your Google Calendar when the caller names a day and time, texts you when it's urgent and sorts out spam. You keep your number and set everything up in 5 minutes. Works with German-speaking callers, website in German. 7 days free, then from €7.89/month.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Phil, Chief of Staff at utxo AG, and this is Anruf Guru our smart mailbox for the German Market. "Anruf" is German for "call." ;)
We built Anruf Guru because voicemail has stuck at the beep for decades: you listen to every message one by one, then try to remember what each caller actually wanted. Anruf Guru does that part for you.
📝 Every message becomes a short ticket in keywords
📅 If the caller names a day and time and the slot is free, it goes straight into your Google Calendar
🚨 Urgent calls reach you by SMS right away
🗑️ Spam lands in its own group
You keep your number and simply forward calls to Anruf Guru after a few rings or right away. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
What it's not: it doesn't chat with your callers. It answers like a voicemail and does the work after the beep. Real-time conversations are coming later.
Privacy: Data is stored in Frankfurt, and audio is deleted right after transcription.
Pricing: Basic is €7.89/month for private use; Business starts at €19.89/month. 7 days free, cancel monthly, no setup fee.
Made for Germany: Anruf Guru works with German phone numbers and German-speaking callers, and the website is in German. If you're outside Germany, I'd still love to hear what you think of the idea.
What would a voicemail have to do for you to actually stop calling people back yourself?
