anny AI
Phone agent for bookings beyond FAQ & appointments
anny AI turns customer calls into confirmed bookings. It answers questions, checks live availability, collects the right details, and books directly in anny. Unlike generic voice bots or calendar schedulers, it supports complex real-world flows for services, spaces, activities, events, and courses — including multiple locations, dynamic prices, add-ons, direct bookings, and payment links via SMS or WhatsApp. It's natively built in, without complex setup.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Lucian, co-founder of anny. We built anny AI because there is a strange gap in how service businesses handle bookings today.
Most businesses already have an online booking system. But customers still call.
And those calls are rarely simple.
Someone wants to know whether a padel court is available next Thursday, whether rackets can be added, whether a meeting room has a projector, whether a community room fits 40 people, whether a workshop slot includes equipment, or whether a paid service can be booked for a specific location.
Until now, those calls usually needed a real person.
That creates a few problems:
• Teams get interrupted throughout the day
• Calls after opening hours turn into missed bookings
• Existing voice bots often sound unnatural
• Setup is complex
• Booking logic is usually handled through fragile third-party integrations
• Most tools can only create basic calendar entries
anny AI is our answer to that.
It is an AI phone booking agent built natively into anny. It answers calls, speaks naturally, understands customer questions, checks live availability, collects the required booking details, and creates confirmed bookings directly in the booking system.
The important part: it is not just “AI that books a meeting.”
anny AI supports real-world booking scenarios like:
• Padel courts
• Meeting rooms
• Coworking spaces
• Community rooms
• Rental workshops
• Escape rooms
• Paid services
• Multiple calendars and locations
• Dynamic pricing
• Equipment and add-ons
• Customer recognition
• Checkout or payment links via SMS or WhatsApp
• Escalation to a human when needed
Our goal is to make the phone as reliable as the booking page — but more natural for customers who prefer to call.
We’d love your feedback, especially on:
Which industries should we prioritize first?
What would make you trust an AI phone agent with real customer calls?
What booking scenario would be too complex for most voice AI tools today?
Thanks for checking it out.
— Lucian
How do you handle edge cases like reschedules, partial deposits, or add ons changing the price mid call?
I really know the struggle of booking rooms last minute. Needing to switch to a different room on short notice because of more guests, a format change, or unexpected issues like construction noise or screen problems. I usually just call room management directly, but of course, whenever you need someone, they're busy. Having an AI handle this call makes total sense. 👏
Also, super professional product! Really love the engineering and design quality as well as the effort of this launch video! Well done! 😍
