I cannot find a technical support email on your website or anywher else, and I need help resolving an issue with my account.
I am unable to log in, despite trying different browsers and clearing all cache and cookies etc. Interestingly, I can register for a new account, but when I attempt to log in, I keep receiving this error message:
"Application error: a server-side exception has occurred (see the server logs for more information). Digest: 3037398385."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I’d appreciate any guidance or support to help me regain access to my account.

Was really looking fwd to dive into your new product..and still am but could you take a look at the state of your site? i'm pretty sure the sudden interest of your product cause your server to crash. Anyway keep us updated when it's fix and ready yeah? All the best dude.

I was going through your pricing and what I understood was that I can create longer videos through your system (e.g. 1 5 min video), that's how your credits work. Or am I missing something?
