Hey everyone 👋 A few people have asked what inspired us to build Angage360. The idea came from working with ecommerce brands and seeing the same challenge over and over again: customer data was spread across multiple platforms. Teams were using separate tools for ecommerce, email, analytics, support, and marketing, but there was no single place to understand the customer journey. We built Angage360 to solve that problem by creating a unified customer view that helps brands better understand their customers, build meaningful audience segments, and make more informed decisions. One thing that evolved throughout the journey was our approach to product development. We initially focused on building as many capabilities as possible, but conversations with users taught us that simplicity and usability matter just as much as features. That pushed us to focus on solving real customer problems instead of simply adding functionality. We’re excited to share what we’ve built and would genuinely love your feedback.
