Looks really cool! Well done :D Is there anyone who's tried both this in Amplitude and series etc in Intercom? I currently have access to both Intercom and Amplitude, and I just starting to building in-app messaging to better guide our users through our product. Any pros/cons of amplitude vs intercom?
Using one set of data with realtime identity resolution to power experimentation is the type of thing that feels harder than it should be in 2025. Now Amplitude has upped the game and is using that same set of data to react to customer experiences and improve the experiences immediately.
As someone who has spent the last three years constantly experimenting with in-product engagement to drive PLG and PLS, this is an absolute game changer!
