A flow and strengths tool for neurodivergent minds. Check your brain state, get matched techniques, log your sessions, and build a personal operating manual — computed on your device. Out now on iOS as Amplifly Lite; BioProxal wearable integration in development.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Lily. I built Amplifly because I got tired of productivity systems that assume you wake up with the same brain every day.
Most of us don't. Some mornings you're Sharp and the world is organized. Some mornings you're Foggy and words come slow. Generic advice covers exactly one of those, and when it doesn't work you blame yourself instead of the system.
Amplifly starts somewhere else. You check in with the brain you actually have right now — Buzzing ⚡, Sharp 🎯, Flat 🪫, Foggy 🌫️, or Scattered 🌪️ — and it tells you what to lean into and what to protect yourself from. When a work session ends you log it in about 60 seconds: what you did, how locked in you were, what helped, what drained you. Over time that becomes your operating manual, the data-backed description of how you specifically work best.
It's $2.99 on iOS, one payment, no subscription. Nothing about you is for sale, which is most of the reason it costs anything at all.
I'm here all day. I'd especially love to hear from people who've bounced off every tracking app they've ever tried. That's the failure mode I built this for, and I want to know whether it holds up for you.
