I built Amplaud because customer praise kept landing in places we could not use. A line in a call, a Slack message, a survey reply, a five star review on one site. All of it real, none of it on the page where someone was deciding whether to buy.
Amplaud covers the whole path:
- Ask. Send a campaign by email or link and collect text, video, or a public review at the moment a customer is happiest.
- Approve. Everything lands in one proof library with an approval queue, so nothing goes public until you say so.
- Publish. Turn approved proof into a hosted Wall of Love or an embed you can drop on a pricing or landing page.
- Reward. Thank the people who spoke up, with the reward attached to the advocate who earned it.
