We kept noticing the same thing: a star rating standing in for a sentence someone didn't have time to type. Two people leave 3 stars for completely different reasons, and the number can't tell you which. So we built a way to remove the typing instead of shrinking the question.
With AmphiVox, you talk instead of typing, and the agent listens, confirms what it heard, and fills the form, multiple several fields from one sentence.
