I built ALTO because I was frustrated with fitness apps that give everyone the same generic plan. I have scoliosis, train at home with dumbbells, and cook maybe twice a week — no app I tried actually accounted for all of that together.
So I built one that does.
ALTO runs entirely inside Telegram as a Mini App — no installation, no separate account. It asks 19 questions about your goals, health, equipment, schedule and food budget, then Claude AI builds a real personalized program. Not a template — a plan that actually knows you.
The Live training tab guides you set by set with automatic rest timers, technique explanations, and weight tracking. After each workout you get a daily analysis and the plan adjusts over time.
