We're a travel-tech company. We started in 2010 solving one specific problem: getting people from Alpine airports to ski resorts reliably. Today Alps2Alps is an electronic marketplace serving 380,000+ customers across 500+ ski resort destinations in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
What we've actually built
A proprietary dynamic pricing engine that responds to real-time flight data. A dispatch system stress-tested against Saturday 6am peaks — when Geneva, Zurich and Lyon airports simultaneously release ski season passengers into the same Alpine valley. Real-time driver tracking that eliminated the biggest source of anxiety (and support contacts) in airport ski transfers. A B2B API used by tour operators and travel agencies integrating ski transfer capability into their products.
This is the tech stack of a logistics company operating in one of the most physically constrained, seasonally concentrated, multi-jurisdictional transport environments in Europe. It's not a solved problem. We're still building.
