AllMy Support is an email-first helpdesk for small teams who run more than one brand. Each brand gets its own address, sender identity and help site. You work them all from one inbox. Brands are unlimited and free: you pay $9 a month plus $10 per agent.

We run multiple products: Bitcoin.Tax, our original crypto tax calculator since 2014; CryptoCPA, the crypto accountant directory; Chain Glance, for portfolio tracking; and AllMy Ledger, desktop accounting. Support for all of that used to live in separate inboxes and separate tools, because every simple helpdesk we looked at was priced for a company with just one name.

The moment you have two brands, the tool starts working against you. Some gate multiple brands behind the top enterprise tier. Others charge for each extra inbox, then again for each extra help site, on top of a per-user fee. None of that is more work for the vendor. It is a pricing decision, aimed at the people least able to absorb it.

So we built AllMy Support. where more brands are free and unlimited. You pay $9 a month for the platform and $10 per agent, and that is the entire bill.

What it does:

  • email comes in and becomes a ticket, threaded properly with quoted history stripped

  • every brand has its own inbound address, its own sender identity sending through your own SMTP, its own signatures and its own ticket numbers

  • agents work the whole lot from one queue

  • automations, saved replies, tags, custom fields, priorities, spam filtering, passkeys and 2FA are all in the box

  • each brand can publish a branded knowledge base on its own domain, put a contact form on its website, and let customers sign in to read and reply to their own tickets

  • a Zendesk importer that brings your tickets, conversations, contacts and attachments across

  • AI summarises a long thread for you, funded by a credit allowance included in the plan rather than a separate AI bill.

What it does not do. No live chat, no SMS, no phone, no social. No native mobile app (yet). No SSO or SAML, no SOC 2 badge. API and webhooks are in progress, though there is a create-ticket endpoint for filing tickets from your own systems. The AI just writes summaries and nothing else for now. And the plan tops out at 10 agents, on purpose. If you are running a support department of fifty, we are the wrong tool.

It has been running our own support, and Bitcoin.Tax is on it now, which is how we find the rough edges.

If you run more than one brand, what did you end up doing about it? Did you "pay the enterprise tier" or "keep separate inboxes and cope"?

AllMy Support was hunted by AllMy Software.
