I’ve spent years around builders, managing a 1,000+ developer platform, running STEM mentorship programs, and working with 40+ teams in college. I’ve run sprints at hackathons and inside startup and company dev teams. The pattern was always the same: deadlines create momentum, but only if the crew is aligned.
Sprints break down in two places. Beginners have the goal but not the skills or structure — they don’t know what to do next. Experienced builders have the skills but can’t always find the right team for the goal. Most tools assume you already have both. All9t is built for time-bound sprints where you can discover crews, join a lane, and ship with tasks, milestones, and GitHub/calendar in one place.
I started from real program and hackathon workflows,not a generic project board, and kept cutting until the loop was simple: find or start a sprint → match skills to the goal → execute in one lane → finish before the clock runs out.
