During our startup journey, Aurélien and I have spend so much time chatting with our customers that we noticed two things:
- most questions can be answered automatically if the agent is trained decently
- many AI based chatbots are not working at all or providing very bad customer support
So we decided to build our own version of it.
You can train Alfred on the following data sources:
