Chris here. I run a marketing agency in Myrtle Beach — real local clients. Roofers, medspas, real estate teams, even a doggy daycare.
A while back I hit the wall every agency owner hits: I WAS the business. Every lead, every report, every "did that get posted?" ran through me.
So I built Alex to run my back office. Not a chatbot — an operator. It writes my 7am brief, routes leads, watches ad spend, assigns edits, flags at-risk clients, and fixes problems before I see them. Today it helps me run 34 client accounts with a tiny team.
True story from this week: I accidentally sent my business coach a bug report meant for my dashboard. Alex diagnosed it, fixed it in production, and left me a punch list — before I could even type "sorry, wrong chat."
