Alea is a simple calisthenics dice app that helps you start moving without planning your workout. Roll the dice and get a random bodyweight exercise with a random rep target. You can also do 100-rep random workout sessions, track your history, build streaks, and see your lifetime stats. I built Alea for people who overthink training and need a low-friction way to move more. No ads. No subscriptions. No account required. Just roll and move.
the "just roll and move" philosophy baked into the app is exactly what overthinkers like me need, and the lifetime stats view without requiring an account is a really thoughtful touch.
how does it pick which exercise to roll, like is it pulling from a fixed list or does it adjust based on what you've already done that day
love the no-friction angle, super useful for days when i just stare at the gym bag. quick question though, can you actually pick which muscle groups show up in the roll, or is it fully random every time?
How does the app pick which exercises show up on the dice, and is there a way to filter out moves I want to skip like burpees?

Alea was hunted by Dimitrios Papatsanis. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
