I built Alacrio because I kept dropping balls — not from laziness, but because I was the only person watching everything at once.
Unanswered emails. Meetings I walked into cold. Tasks that quietly missed their window while I was heads-down on something else.
Every AI tool I tried made me do the work of figuring out what to ask. I wanted something that already knew what needed attention.
So I built Alacrio — a proactive AI assistant that monitors your emails, meetings, and tasks, and surfaces alerts before you realize something's gone wrong. It also generates drafts for replies and follow-ups, so the next step is always ready.
The hardest part wasn't the AI — it was making it genuinely useful without adding another dashboard to babysit. I think we're close. Would love your honest feedback.

the no prompts thing is actually what sold me, it just pinged me before a call to flag an email i'd forgotten about. felt more like a coworker than a tool
The "no prompts" thing actually works. It flagged a follow-up email I totally forgot about right after my meeting ended, and the draft was decent enough that I only had to tweak a line.
