Me he desempeñado como psicologo laboral, realizando reclutamiento y seleccion de personal.
He revisado cientos de cvs, encontrado sus puntos fuertes y aspectos a mejorar. Cvs que estan mal construidos y la poca informacion y conocimiento que existe sobre como hacer un buen Cv, presentarse a una buena entrevista y hacer una busqueda y seguimiento de ofertas de empleo.
En base a lo anterior, se me ocurrio la idea de crear AITalnt, para que usuarios y personas son conocimiento tengan al alcance de sus manos una base para presentar su experiencia y avanzar en la primera etapa, que actualmnte se esta realizando con ATS.
AITalnt viene a resolver la problematica de los ATS y los CVS mal estructurados, viene a ayudar y apoyar al usuario. Ese es el objetivo princiapal.
Ser una herramienta para la empleabiliad de usuario.
