I'm Arseniy, solo founder building this out of Portimão, Portugal.
The problem started with my own business: guests and clients calling in the evening, on weekends, in different languages — and every missed call is a missed booking. Hiring a 24/7 receptionist doesn't make sense for a small hotel or salon, but losing revenue to voicemail doesn't either.
