While rolling out Claude Code at work, I kept getting the same questions from leadership: who is actually using it, what is it costing us, and is it actually helping? Answering those meant standing up an OpenTelemetry pipeline, storage, and dashboards — a whole project on its own.
Aimeterly is that pipeline as a managed SaaS. You paste one settings snippet into your Claude Team / Enterprise admin console (or distribute it as managed-settings.json), and data shows up on the dashboard within about 5 minutes:
• Usage — DAU / WAU / MAU, sessions, and tokens by model, broken down by organization, team, and user
• Cost — estimated cost at API-equivalent pricing by user, team, and model, with period-over-period comparison
• Productivity — lines of code, commits, PRs, and suggestion acceptance rate over time
• Audit log — opt-in recording and search of prompts and file edits, for governance requirements
On privacy: by default we collect usage metadata only — prompt and response content is never sent unless your organization explicitly enables content capture. Your data is never used for training and never sold.
