The problem I wanted to solve: make realistic photo and video face swaps feel as simple as opening a tab — no apps, no local compute, and privacy as the default (encrypted uploads, not used for training, auto-deleted within 24 hours).
What changed along the way: I started chasing “more realistic models,” then realized the real product was the studio itself — upload → preview → download in one flow, with honest guardrails (watermarks + provenance) so synthetic media stays fun without pretending to be invisible.
