AI Trainer – KI Fitnessplan
I lost 28kg fighting subscription apps. So I built my own.
Most AI fitness apps generate a plan once and lock the useful parts behind a subscription. AI Trainer builds your training and nutrition plan around your actual equipment and limitations, then keeps adapting: swap an exercise that doesn't work for you, get a matching 7-day nutrition plan, and turn it into a shopping list automatically. No subscription, no paywall on core features. Built solo after my own 28kg weight loss journey through countless apps that all eventually asked for money.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
Quick bit of context on why this exists: I went from 124kg to 96kg
over the past year and a half, and along the way I tried more
fitness apps than I want to admit. Some were decent. A few were
actually really good. But every single one that got close to what
I actually needed eventually asked for a subscription, sometimes
for features as basic as swapping an exercise that hurt my knee.
That frustration is basically the whole reason this app exists. I
wanted something that builds a plan around my actual equipment, my
actual limitations, and my actual goals, and then just... lets me
use it. No paywall on the parts that matter.
It uses AI to generate the training and nutrition plans, tracks
progress per exercise, and builds a shopping list straight from
your nutrition plan. Built solo, so it's rough in a few corners
still, but it works, and it's free.
No account required, by the way. Your plans and progress stay on
your device via local storage, only your inputs for plan generation
get sent to the AI provider. Standard ad-related data is collected
via AdMob, same as most free apps.
Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who's been on
a similar journey and knows exactly which app features actually
matter versus which ones are just filler.
