Hey PH! I’m José, founder of AI Talk Coach. I built this because I always wanted communication coaching - but never managed to make it a habit. Speaking is one of those skills we all rely on daily, yet we almost never practice it. AI Talk Coach makes practice simple: quick speaking reps, instant feedback on filler words, clarity and pacing, and real data that helps you improve over time. We’re already working with several communication coaches who use the tool to track student progress and run speaking drills. And if you are consistent the app is FREE FOREVER (must sign up via web) * When the trail starts it resets for 24h more hours after each 1 min session you complete - so never miss a session for more than 24h and the app is free forever! In case you can't be that consistent, as a PH user you can still claim a 50% discount :) Would love to know: what situation do YOU wish you sounded more confident in? I’ll be in the comments all day 👇

Congrats on the launch José! As someone who uses chatGPT for daily insights on personal stuff but also on my business, this is very promising! The concept is super clear and the 7-metric breakdown is solid

Quick observation though: your hero has two CTAs competing for attention ("Test demo" vs "Sign up"). Simplifying that flow (either prioritizing the demo as the main action or making the distinction clearer could probably boost conversions 15-20%)

I work on LP optimization for early-stage SaaS regularly if you ever want a second pair of eyes on structure.

Good luck with the launch!

First off, kudos to @jose_sottomayor for building this. Speaking is one of those fundamental skills that only improves through consistent practice, yet there are surprisingly few tools designed to help people do exactly that. AI Talk Coach fills a real gap, making speaking practice effortless and measurable for creators, professionals, and anyone who wants to sound more confident.

I used the app up until the payment stage and paused there intentionally. I wanted to properly evaluate the tool before recommending it to others as a way to improve their speaking skills, essentially a personal speaking coach.

Suggestion 1: Enhanced onboarding

Consider offering two onboarding paths: the current simple-question format and a more comprehensive option where users prepare and deliver a 2-minute speech. Give them 5 minutes to practice, record their delivery, and receive a complete performance analysis. I believe professionals, particularly those at the management level and above, would appreciate a more substantive assessment rather than just responding to a basic prompt.

Suggestion 2: Lower entry pricing

The current pricing feels steep for a first-time user of the app. I'd suggest offering a discounted first month to let users genuinely explore the value before committing to the full subscription. People are willing to experiment, but asking for €10 upfront for something they're uncertain about creates a real barrier to adoption.

Those are my initial thoughts. I may subscribe later and give it a proper test run.

Great launch, AI Talk Coach team. From a clarity & onboarding lens: when a user opens the app for the first time, what’s the one belief you want them to hold in the first 10-15 seconds?
Is it:
• “I can actually speak with more confidence and clarity.”
Or:
• “This tool already understands how I speak and what I struggle with.”
Because in coaching tools the biggest adoption barrier isn’t features; it’s the user believing this can shape how I speak. Curious how you’re shaping that for first-time users.
