I kept hitting the same problem: my team runs Cursor, Claude Code, and
Copilot, and each reads a different config file, so the AI behaved differently per person.
Fare/Bare fix that by generating one consistent "engineering contract" across all five tools from a single command, structured around a 7-stage lifecycle
(Think→Plan→Build→Review→Test→Ship→Reflect).
It's framework-aware (React/Vite, NestJS/Prisma, etc.), writes adapter-native files directly (no intermediate dir), and backs up anything it would overwrite.
Honest limitation: it generates rules and structure, not code. Feedback on the lifecycle model and adapter coverage is exactly what I'm after.
