The idea came from a simple problem: recruiters often spend hours manually screening resumes before interviews even begin. I wanted to build an AI assistant that speeds up this process without replacing human judgment.
The tool compares resumes against a job description and provides:

My goal is to help recruiters spend less time filtering resumes and more time connecting with the right candidates.
