I built AI Meeting Assistant because taking notes was making me worse at the actual meeting. I was either typing instead of listening or trying to reconstruct decisions and follow-ups afterward.
Most meeting assistants solve this by sending another bot into the call and producing notes after it ends. I wanted something lighter and more continuous: a Chrome extension that helps before, during, and after every meeting — without requiring everyone to accept a bot participant.
AI Meeting Assistant can:
• prepare you for a recurring meeting with its latest summary and open action items;
• transcribe Google Meet, Zoom Web, and Microsoft Teams in real time;
• surface a live summary, key decisions, and action items;
• keep past meetings searchable;
• export notes and prepare follow-up emails;
