I'm Animesh, the founder of Kraftisium.
The idea came from my own frustration with job searching. Most platforms require candidates to search through hundreds of listings using keywords, even though the information needed to find relevant opportunities already exists in their resume.
I wondered: what if we reversed the process?
Instead of searching for jobs, users upload their resume and let AI identify opportunities that align with their skills and experience.
Building Kraftisium taught me that matching people to opportunities is much harder than simply matching keywords. We've spent a lot of time improving relevance and making the experience feel personalized rather than overwhelming.
