I'm thrilled to present my first AI startup as part of my "25 AI Startups in 50 Weeks Challenge": AI Document Translator.
📖 The Story
I wanted to translate my mom's autobiography, but I discovered that book translators charge $0.08-$0.12 per word (!!) 😅 That's around $9k for an average 200-page book.
What about online translators? They're not much better. They either deliver bad quality (looking at you, Google Translate) or come with other annoyances (mandatory account creation, hidden pricing, limited language options, and still high costs).
And thus AI Document Translator was born 🤗

- Lowest price: I wanted it to be at least 10x cheaper than other options, so it's only $0.05 per page!

Congratulations! Definitely something to keep in mind. I do have a question/ suggestion: maybe there is a way you could "officialise" this with the various embassies thereby making your product an "official translator"? This would make life so much easier for everyone who at some point requires such documents which are very expensive and a tremendous hassle. But either way, congratulations! I will pass your site on to my cousin who does official translations and hopefully I will be back with her feedback.
