I'm Jimena, 26, based in London. Aho started from a personal frustration: I got tired of being told that success meant a corporate job, a fixed five-day week, and a pension I'd have to trust to someone else forty years from now. What actually changed how I thought about my own life wasn't university, it was seminars, books, and the right people. Finally, something that cuts through the noise of endless Eventbrite listings. Gave it a quick try and it surfaced a small writing retreat near me that I would have scrolled right past, perfectly timed for a rough week. Solid concept.
Would love to see a way to save or bookmark events for later. Sometimes I find something interesting but I'm not ready to commit, and losing track of it after browsing away is frustrating. Maybe a simple "interested" button or a shortlist view would do the trick.
