What metrics do you track to know your support agent is resolving tickets effectively?
It feels a bit confusing when entering the homepage. It would be great if agents with clearly different capabilities could be highlighted for early exploration. Right now, it feels just like using ChatGPT directly, and a more user-friendly onboarding experience is needed.

Interesting product! Perhaps even replacing some of predefined simplified workflow, I'm wondering how it can integrate with our current product though. Especially since we have integrated RAG and custom tools, so part of the code should be routed to our application whereas part of it should be orchestrated through this workflow.
