Hunted byAyush BhatAyush Bhat

A native C++26 terminal coding agent. A single static binary with millisecond cold start, sandboxed by default, one-command SSH air-gap, and runs inside Zed over ACP. Signs in with Claude Pro/Max, or points at OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter, Together, Cerebras, or a local Ollama model. A drop-in alternative to claude-code with no Node, Python, or Electron.

Top comment

- It's a native binary, not a Node app - Any model, bring your own key - Sandboxed by default, not as an afterthought - Runs on air-gapped hosts - Lives inside your editor over ACP

Comment highlights

Native C++ with no runtime deps is exactly what I want from a terminal tool, and the SSH air-gap mode is a really thoughtful touch. One thing I'd love to see is a lightweight plugin or hook system so I can pipe my own linters/formatters through agentty before it writes files, without having to wrap it in shell scripts.
