AgentR leverages reasoning-driven talent analysis to evaluate career patterns and achievements, helping organizations identify exceptional candidates beyond traditional ATS filters.
Hi Product Hunt community 👋
Super excited to launch AgentR today! Born out of my firsthand experience leading talent acquisition at Vibencode, we realized that the rise of AI made resumes better but also harder to trust. Most ATS systems are already bloated with identical-looking profiles, so we set out to build something that could cut through the bias and uncover the journey behind every candidate.
We originally built AgentR for our own internal hiring challenges, and it made such a big difference that we knew we had to share it. Today, we're opening it up to everyone — and we'd love to hear your feedback, thoughts, and ideas!
ℹ️ Agentr helps hiring teams do more with less by:
◉ Going beyond keywords to spot truly promising candidates based on their career patterns.
◉ Instantly pre-screening candidates with a smart chatbot that saves hours of back-and-forth.
◉ Digging up the resume to help interviewers ask the right questions every time.
Thanks for checking it out! 🌟
AgentR feels like a smart response to a very real hiring problem. Resumes have definitely become more polished, but that hasn’t made them more transparent. I love that your focus is on understanding the story behind a candidate, not just scanning keywords.
Here are a few thoughts from a marketing and positioning angle:
Your tagline and intro are solid, but you might consider leading with the pain point more directly. Something like “Tired of perfect-looking resumes that tell you nothing real? AgentR shows you who candidates truly are.”
If you have a video or demo of the tool in action, that could help reinforce trust and show off how intuitive the product really is.
Really great work here. If you ever want feedback on messaging or go-to-market strategy, I’d be happy to help.
Really compelling angle, Prateek. Curious—how does AgentR adapt its screening for non-linear career paths or candidates who pivot industries? Those stories often get lost in keyword-driven tools.Really compelling angle, Prateek. Curious—how does AgentR adapt its screening for non-linear career paths or candidates who pivot industries? Really love the mission behind this—traditional ATS systems often miss out on incredible talent. Using reasoning-based analysis to understand career patterns feels like a much more human and intelligent approach. Excited to see how AgentR reshapes hiring!
Congratulations on the launch! This is really a very cool idea. Does the chatbot use a particular LLM model?
