AgentPMO is the command center for organizations running AI agents in production. Register every agent, track cost and performance metrics, classify risk across 6 compliance frameworks, surface incidents, and govern shadow AI, all from a single dashboard and CLI. Think Datadog meets ServiceNow for AI agents.

Hey Product Hunt! I built AgentPMO after watching enterprises deploy dozens of AI agents with zero governance, no registry, no compliance tracking, no idea what they were spending or which agents were running in production unsupervised. - The EU AI Act enforcement deadline is August 2026. Fines up to €35M or 7% of global revenue. Most teams are nowhere near ready. - AgentPMO solves this in one platform: - Agent registry with heartbeat tracking and stale-agent alerts - Compliance assessments across 6 frameworks with AI-generated remediation plans - Token budget envelopes that auto-file a P1 incident when spend hits the kill switch - Shadow AI discovery (finds Claude, Ollama, Cursor, ChatGPT usage your IT team doesn't know about) - Executive PDF reports your CISO can hand directly to regulators - No sign-in needed to try it, the sandbox at getagentpmo.com/sandbox has full Acme Corp demo data loaded. Would love feedback from anyone building in the AI governance or compliance space. What are we missing?

Congrats on the launch, Richard. I took a look at the sandbox dashboard, and the recent incidents section stood out to me. Seeing examples like prompt injection, biased screening, bad code suggestions, and routing mistakes makes the governance problem feel much more concrete than just “track your agents.”

I’m not in enterprise compliance, so I’m not going to pretend I understand every framework on the dashboard. But looking at it as a builder, I was curious how teams decide what actually needs attention first when there are agent risks, incidents, costs, and compliance gaps all showing up at once.

Is that prioritization something AgentPMO helps guide, or is the main focus right now giving teams the visibility they were missing before?

Congrats on your launch. This will save time from trying to track where every bill is from
