Automate any boring task with AgentOne. With over 19,000 built-in extensions, it's easy to integrate nearly any app or website. Connect Gmail, GitHub, Canva, Blender, Chrome, Discord, and more. AgentOne can do work while you do something else. It runs as a desktop app in the background, similar to Claude Cowork. But unlike Claude Cowork, it's free! Plus, you can use any OpenAI-compatible provider (or Claude) to choose from over 8000 AI models.
TL;DR: it's a free, easy-to-use desktop app that automates the boring work you don't want to do. It goes and does the task across 19,000+ apps, services, and websites, and keeps working autonomously until it's done.
I got tired of every "AI agent" either being a glorified chatbot that just talks about doing things, or a dev-only tool that needs API keys and a config file before it'll do anything. I wanted something I could just open up, tell a task to - multi-step, across whatever apps it needs - and walk away from.
So I built the exact thing I wanted! It's been a big time-saver. I describe what needs doing once, and it just... does it.
How it works:
Connect your apps: In Settings > Extensions, search for any app you need and install its extension, or add a custom MCP server.
Tell it the task: Type or describe what you need done, in plain language.
Let it work: AgentOne plans the steps and executes them across whatever apps or sites the task touches, no babysitting required.
Step in only if you want to: Check progress anytime, or just let it run until the job's finished.
No complicated setup. No API keys to wire up (though you can bring your own keys). Free to use.
Features:
Truly autonomous: Like Claude Cowork, but free and without vendor lock-in.
Works across 19,000+ apps and services: Not locked to a handful of integrations. It can operate wherever the task needs it to.
Not a chatbot: You're not babysitting a conversation. You hand off a task and get a result.
Free: No paywall to start automating your busywork.
Desktop-native: Runs as a proper app, not a browser tab.
If you're tired of AI tools that talk a big game but still leave the actual work to you, I'd love for you to try it and tell me where it breaks.
Happy to answer anything! Let me know what boring task you'd throw at it first.
