When an agent stops to ask "can I run this?", the request appears at the top of your screen with the project, the command and a countdown — answer it there and the agent carries on. Run several at once and ⌥P opens a cockpit with every session in one place, so the blocked one is never the one you forgot about. Native Swift, 5MB, no account, no telemetry. I built this because I kept losing minutes to a stupid problem: an agent stops to ask permission, I'm in another window, and I don't notice for five minutes. With three or four sessions running it stops being minutes.
So the prompt comes to the notch instead — project name, the actual command, Deny and Allow, and a countdown showing how long the agent has been waiting. Answer it and the terminal carries on without you touching it. ⌥P opens a cockpit with every session in one list, which is the part that matters once you're running more than one.
Two things I'd rather say up front than have you find out:
The free tier is not a trial. Permission, question and plan cards are unlimited on it, from every session you run, with no time limit, no card and no account. What Free doesn't do is show you all of them at once — the list holds one. Pro is $49 once, no subscription, and that's what the paid part is for: the overview and the cockpit, not the basic thing.
Depth differs per CLI, and the site says so per tool. Twelve of fifteen let you answer the prompt in the island. Aider and iFlow report status only, because neither lets an outside program answer a prompt. I checked each one against that tool's own documentation this month rather than assuming they all work like Claude Code — several of them added blocking hooks recently enough that most integrations haven't noticed.
Native Swift, 5MB, Developer ID signed and notarized. Nothing leaves your machine: prompts, commands, file paths and transcripts are never sent anywhere under any setting.
