Agentic Scheduling
Apple Calendar + Apple Reminders + Claude Agent, in one
Your calendar, run by an AI agent you can text. Syncs all your Google and Outlook calendars, offers visitors only real openings, and manages bookings, reminders, and changes over WhatsApp and email. Free and open source (MIT), runs on your own credentials.
Hi Product Hunt. I work as a consultant, and several clients prefer that I operate under their own domain email. That left me with a lot of calendars across Google and Outlook, endless hand-syncing, and real missed meetings. So I built the tool I wanted: Apple Calendar plus Apple Reminders plus a Claude agent, in one place.
What changed for me since it went live:
- My calendar is one text. "Block Friday 1 to 2:30 for gym" goes to the agent on WhatsApp and it happens, on the right calendar.
- Every morning a WhatsApp brief lists my whole day across every calendar.
- A Chrome extension badges other people's Calendly pages with whether I am actually free.
- Bookings run themselves. Visitors book only genuinely open slots, invites and reminders go out automatically, and I just get a WhatsApp ping.
It is free, open source (MIT), and runs entirely on your own credentials. I am sharing it to help people in the same shoes. Happy to answer anything.
