AgentBubble gives Claude Code, Codex, and other compatible coding agents a local task contract before they start editing. Define scope, constraints, risky systems, and acceptance criteria. Then audit changed files against the original ticket before review. Local-only. No telemetry. No hosted service.

Hey everyone 👋 I'm Adam. I built AgentBubble after repeatedly running into the same problem while using Claude Code and Codex on real projects. The agents were often capable of solving the problem, but they would sometimes touch files outside the intended scope, miss important project constraints, or make changes that weren't part of the original task. AgentBubble is my attempt to solve that. It creates a local workspace where you define the current ticket, scope, architecture notes, risky systems, and acceptance criteria before the agent starts working. Afterwards, it can audit changed files against the original task. It's intentionally simple: * Local-only * No telemetry * No hosted service * No agent runtime I'd love feedback from anyone actively using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar coding agents.

Who hunted AgentBubble?

AgentBubble was hunted by Adam. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
