We built this because it’s expensive and honestly, most teams have no idea where the money is going.
While working on different workflows, we kept running into the same issue:

Most of the time, the realization hits only after the invoice lands.
So we started building something for ourselves.
At the beginning, it was just to answer a few basic questions:

What can we simplify or replace?
Over time, it turned into a proper system that gives us clarity and control over usage.
