I've been running a Shopify store called iEDM for 13 years. Festival apparel, sublimation printing, the whole thing. We hit top 0.1% of Shopify merchants globally and crossed $26M+ in lifetime revenue. None of that happened because I had a big marketing team. It happened because I lived inside Meta Ads Manager and figured things out the hard way.
A few years ago I started noticing something. Every merchant I talked to was either paying a marketing agency thousands a month and getting mediocre results, or trying to run ads themselves and burning money figuring it out. There was no middle ground.
That's why we built Agency AI. It's an AI marketing platform built for e-commerce operators. We're launching first on Shopify with autonomous Meta and Google ad management. More capabilities are rolling out throughout the year including conversion optimization, retention, and a chat-based interface that removes the need for traditional dashboards entirely.
