Six validated psychometric instruments — Big Five (IPIP-NEO), attachment (ECR-R), humor, values, time perspective, cognitive style — compiled into a portable JSON that any LLM reads as context. Hand it to Claude, GPT or Gemini once. They know who you are. No more re-explaining yourself every chat. Open spec, downloadable, GDPR + EU AI Act compliant. Six languages. Normative base: 1.46M respondents from 93 countries.
Hi PH 👋
I'm Ricardo, founder of Bilbao AI. For the last two years I've watched the same scene every morning: someone opens Claude or ChatGPT and starts re-explaining who they are. Their tone, their job, what they value, how they want to be challenged. Every. Single. Time.
There had to be a better way than typing "I'm an INFJ who codes" at the top of every conversation. Custom instructions and provider memory help a bit — until you switch model, switch device, or just want to take your context elsewhere. They're proprietary, fragile, and silently changing every time the privacy policy gets updated.
So we built Afini.ai. It measures your cognition through six validated psychometric instruments (Big Five IPIP-NEO, attachment, humor, values, time perspective, and a conversational module for cognitive-aesthetic style) and packages the result into a portable JSON file you actually own.
You hand it to Claude, GPT or Gemini once. They know who you are. You can read it. You can edit it. You can delete it. And it works on any LLM that ships next year because the spec is open.
Two things that make this different from yet another personality-test wrapper:
(1) The normative base is real — 1.46M respondents from 93 countries, peer-reviewed psychometric research, not a Buzzfeed quiz cooked up on a Friday afternoon.
(2) The JSON doesn't contain prose, it contains *rules*. The interpretation logic travels with the file, so any model can use it correctly without retraining.
Standalone Big Five test on test.afini.ai from €5; the full subscription starts at €14.99/mo; the JSON in lifetime offline ownership ("AfiniTwin") is €249.
Based in Bilbao, Spain. GDPR + EU AI Act compliant. Six languages. The roadmap is heavy and the bug list is honest.
I'd genuinely love your feedback — especially what feels broken or missing. Drop questions, criticism, requests. I'll be here all day.
— Ricardo

Who hunted Afini.ai?
Afini.ai was hunted by Ricardo Devis. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
