We built AffirmUp because I was tired of hitting snooze and waking up to multiple missed alarms every morning. The day hadn’t even started, and I already felt tired and groggy. I kept thinking: there has to be a better way to wake up.
So We built one.
AffirmUp makes you say your daily affirmation out loud to you can dismiss your alarm. 🗣️⏰
Instead of immediately reaching for the snooze button, you start your mornings by speaking something positive into your day which allows you to be present, and set an intention. Then, if you want, you can follow it with a guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise to ease into your morning. 🌅
