I'm Jagdish Chaudhari, from Valsad, Gujarat. We've been building Aekatra since 2022, originally for ourselves.
We run a services firm. Payroll lived in one system, timesheets in another, and every month somebody exported both into a spreadsheet to work out whether a project had actually made money. By the time that number arrived, it was three weeks stale, and the project was already over.
Aekatra puts statutory Indian payroll and project delivery on one employee record. Billed hours carry that person's loaded cost, so margin per project is a query, not a reconciliation.
